Employee named Justin that worked the window tonight was awesome. Excellent customer service, extra effort. Went above and beyond when I had a last minute request and had the best attitude about it. Really appreciate him and his work for this location 11/16 update: I had a problem tonight with my order and the manager Justin fixed everything with great efficiency and fantastic customer service. This is the best Taco Bell in Bowling Green. The workers are all amazing at their jobs and they all deserve a raise. I would literally cater Taco Bell to my wedding from this location only.

I have jury duty all month so I was looking for a quick in and out option. Post lunch there was no wait. The food was actually pretty good. I just got the standard bean burrito and soft tacos, but it was all fresh the beans were not dehydrated so I was happy.

Listen, I never really do reviews but whoever worked night shift @ 6:30 PM on 1/10/24. That shit was so good. The sauce to taco ratio was perfect and I just felt compelled to say it. Thank you

Very impress. I stopped going for a while. Tonight I order a chalupa made to order. And 3 Doritos locos tacos and they were perfectly made!! The customer service was outstanding. The lady at the window was extremely polite and was juggling taking orders and handing out order great! Kudos!!

Went through the drive-thru. The person taking my order was rushing me and very snipped questions. Arrived at the window, and she was much more pleasant. My tacos (a #2 with Mt. Dew, light beef, add tomatos, in a soft shell) were made perfectly, packaged well, and at just the right temp to be tasty as I drive across town. Thanks Taco Bell!

Food made poorly and incorrect. Time sitting in drive thru was ridiculous. How hard is it to make two tacos? I asked for lite beef, they doubled it. I paid for tomatos to be added. There were no tomatos, but there was double tomatos on my husband's. The tacos were thrown together, it showed in the wrapper and just looking at them. The staff worked like zombies, not listening to customers. Just chit chatting amongst themselves.

The lady and gentleman who were at the window today were lovely! Food was good, got everything i was supposed too (and a few extra packets of sauce ) Still warm after my almost 30min drive home!
